Kirk Machine and its parent company Kirk Key Interlock Company were acquired by Halma p.l.c. on May 9, 2011. This acquisition has precipitated a change in the way Kirk Machine will continue to do business. Beginning December 2011, Kirk Machine will transition to a dedicated shop for Kirk Key Interlock Company and other Halma p.l.c. subsidiaries.
